ศาลเจ้าบางคู (Bangku Shrine)

                    ศาลเจ้าซำไป้ก้อง หรือศาลเจ้าบางคู เป็นศาลเจ้าที่มีอายุยาวนานกว่า ๑๐๐ ปี สร้างขึ้นโดยชาวจีน ที่มีอาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่บ้านบางคู โดยได้จัดทำหุ่นจำลองของ พระซำไป้ก้อง ไว้ เดิมทีเป็นศาลเจ้าหลังคาสังกะสี และกั้นด้วยสังกะสี บนที่ดินสัมปทานของขุนเลิศโภคารักษ์ และได้มอบให้เหมืองแร่ลุ่นเส้งในเวลาต่อมา ถัดมาเมื่อสร้างศาลเจ้าสำเร็จ ชาวบ้านที่มีความเลื่อมใสศรัทธา ก็ได้นำพระที่ตนเคารพนับถือเข้ามาด้วย โดยได้สร้างเป็นรูปจำลองนำมาถวาย

                    พระซำก้ายก้อง แปลว่า พระผู้รู้สวรรค์ พื้นดิน และพื้นน้ำ แต่เนื่องจากการเรียกชื่อ พระซำก้ายก้อง นาน ๆ เข้า จึงเปลี่ยนไปเป็นพระซำไป้ก้อง ในปัจจุบัน

                    Sam Pai Kong Shrine or Bang Khu Shrine , aged more than 100 years , was constructed by Chinese people that settled at Bang Khu Village. They made an idol of Phra Sam Pai Kong and built the Shrine with glava-nized-iron roof on a concession land of Khun Lert Phokarak , which was later granted to Lun Seng Mine. After that , when the shrine was completed , the villagers who had faith brought a Buddha image in this place as an offering.

                    Phra Sam Pai Kong means a person who knows the heaven , the land and the water. However , when the villagers mistakably called “Phra Sam Kai Kong” for many times , finally it was changed to “Sam Pai Kong” until today.
